The Studio

A workshop specializing in blacksmithing was a logical extension of my passion for leatherwork. For over a decade, I have delved into the development of my workshop, creating unique leather goods. The experience of working with metal has revealed many similarities between these craft fields: manual labor, ownership of the process, and tangible results that bring satisfaction to the common man. Our creations serve him for many years, bringing quality and individuality to his life.

Process of Creation

To keep our products affordable while maintaining their unique forged character, we introduce automation at certain stages of production, such as rough woodworking, mass polishing, rough sharpening and deburring.

At the same time, we continue to adhere to hand forging, finishing, sharpening and inspection, ensuring the high quality and uniqueness of each piece.

Technologies for Simple Rough Operations

The introduction of automation in the simple and rough stages not only saves overall production time, but also contributes to lower product costs, making our products more affordable for our customers.

Rough handle finish

We choose to use only hard grades of steel, including high carbon steel, in the creation of our tools, ensuring that each piece is highly durable and long-lasting.

Rough blade polishing

When making cases and accessories for our instruments, we prefer to use natural vegetable tanned leather, giving each product not only durability and protection, but also the natural beauty and warmth of the natural material.

Rough blade sharpening

We choose hardwoods such as walnut to create the stable and refined handles of our tools. We professionally treat and polish each piece, bringing out the beautiful grain of the wood to ensure a combination of durability and aesthetic appearance.
