Delivery is possible throughout Ukraine and the world. We deliver all over Ukraine via Nova Poshta. You can also pick up your order in person from our showroom in Kyiv at 3 Dovzhenka St. Choose a convenient way to place your order and enjoy your purchase from POHVALIN!

What is the delivery time?

You will receive your order in 1-2 business days (for Ukraine). Please check the delivery time of international orders with the operator by e-mail, online chat or by phone. Standard delivery is available, which depends on the recipient`s country and express delivery, delivery time: 3-6 days.

Delivery by “Nova Poshta” in Ukraine

1) in accordance with the carrier`s tariffs (in Kyiv - 40 UAH, to other cities of Ukraine - 60 UAH, delivery to villages +20 UAH) - for orders up to 1500 UAH to the “Nova Poshta” branch. 2) free of charge - orders above UAH 1500 in case of prepayment. 3) delivery time 1-2 days. 4) payment upon receipt (Nova Poshta will take a commission: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount to the cost of delivery). 5) payment without commission (prepayment) - payment through the terminal or current account

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from POHVALIN. Therefore, exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. However, please note that products with personalization or made to measure are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are created specifically for you.

How to care for forged axes and knives?

Our metal products are a combination of aesthetics and reliability. Axes made of U8A steel and knives made of 65g, 50x14mf, x12mf high carbon steels are designed for endurance and durability. They are suitable for everyday use, and will help you in the home, outdoors, or on a hike. Please note: knives with a wooden handle should not be washed in the dishwasher as it can damage the wood and worsen its appearance. After each use, the knife must be rinsed, wiped dry and placed in the leather sheath only when dry. It is also important to periodically contact us for professional sharpening to maintain the sharpness and functionality of the products.
